Orlando Vista Hotel.. Is it worth it..

I found a great rate for this hotel.. $69/night.. stay 3 get one free..
Just wondering if anyones been there recently.

There will be 3 adults and one 4 year old.

How are the size of the bathrooms in the 2 queen rooms.
Hows the restaurant inside the place?
Do any of the restaurants in the area deliver?

What are the view from the rooms.
Are the rooms quiet?
