Orlando residents - what happened to this hotel?

There is a hotel resort right at the North East corner of where 192 and I-4 meet that has obviously been out of business for a while. I remember we stayed there several years ago. Just curious, but has anyone bought that yet? It seems like prime realestate.

was it the Radisson?

I think it was Radisson, but am not sure. It was a big chain that owned it.

Nope - it is not the Raddisson Maingate. It is next to it though.

I think it was the Hyatt Main Gate East & not the Radisson because when I went by on Interstate 4, the Radisson sign was still up advertsing how much a room there would cost.

Found it. It was called the Hyatt Orlando and closed in 2003. It looks terrible from I-4 or 192. I hope someone picks it up soon, but I wonder if there was any hurricane damage. When I stayed there, I remember it being very nice and so close to Disney and easy access to I-4 to go to Universal or SeaWorld.
