BREAKING NEWS.


March 28 — A passenger on a Boston-to-Orlando flight was arrested Thursday after allegedly saying “if you don’t let me off this flight, lives are going to be lost.”

DELTA AIRLINES FLIGHT 253 was carrying 118 passengers when it took off from Boston’s Logan Airport Thursday morning.
Shortly after the plane took off, the man allegedly got into an argument with crew members and is reported to have made the threat.
The plane returned to Logan, where it was isolated from other aircraft.
Passengers and luggage were removed from the plane and the man was arrested.
Once the plane and baggage have been searched, it is expected that the flight will continue.
Two of the planes hijacked on Sept. 11 took off from Logan.

Living near Boston myself, and having just flown from Logan to WDW on Delta a month ago, I can't begin to tell you how scary that seems. It's really a shame that we now live in such a scary world. Security has really increased at Logan. I was searched when I went. Is there any news as to whether he had a weapon?

All I know from watching the news and reading online is that he had no weapon but was very suspicious. As the plane took off and was gaining altitude he stood up and said "If I dont get off this plane, lives will be lost." Thats coming from fellow passengers aboard the plane. In a personal opinion this scares me because I dont want somethin like this getting in my way from taking a vacation, but I dont think that the situation had anything to do with security, I think it was just some hoax. Tune into the news for the latest.
