Ordering gift baskets...

My family and I have a trip planned to WDW for late November/early December of this year. My wife's b-day is December 3rd but we will be checking out Dec. 1st, a few days shy of her b-day. I had been thinking about ordering her some sort of b-day gift basket for her to receive while we were at WDW. I had decided against it because I didn't think she would be that into it since her b-day wasn't really going to happen while we were down there. I know, I know silly me.

Last night we were on website that showed someone receiving a b-day gift basket at Disney and she made that comment that she wouldn't get one since we wouldn't be down there during her b-day. :hammer: Obviously, I am going to be a good husband and suprise her with one because now I know she would like one.

Here is my dilemna, obviously I could order her something from Disney Floral and Gifts but they seem a tad over priced and for the money it doesn't seem like you are getting a lot. I'm not cheap, I just want as much bang for the buck as I can get.

I thought I had seen some suggestions for ordering gift baskets on the "Boards" before but for the life of me can't remember them and can't seem to find the now. So I need some help from my fellow Disney Fans. I need suggestions on who to contact for gift baskets. We are staying onsite and therefore whoever I order from has to be able to deliver to the resort. Thanks a bunch.

Memories by betsy

Hi! There is a website called memories by betsy and she puts together gift baskets for people. Here is the website: www.memoriesbybetsy.com. Hope this helps. I have never used her but I'm thinking about it for my daughter's first trip in October 2012.

Take her out for dinner on her birthday when you get home. Much better than some over-priced gift basket on a day that's not her birthday.

I'll end up taking her to dinner when we get back as well but I'm pretty sure she would also like the gift basket while we are there. If I can find a gift basket at a reasonable price there is no reason I can't do both.

Thanks for the suggestion. I go ahead and take a look at it today.
