Opening Pre-show at MK

We will be at MK on the 17th for the line drop and opening pre-show. I have read that the railroad will be under refurbishment that week. Will they still have Mickey and friends do the opening pre-show?

Yes, though it will be a shortened show with fewer characters (and obviously the train will not be used.)

I would assume that the show will continue as stated above, however the characters will enter from inside the station and the first family will as well.
