Call the company they work for. Due to the circumstances usually another agent will help you that is kinda taking their place while gone. They will never leave you hanging and having to wait.

It got the best of me! I ended up callingm reservations back and they told me the travel agent would have thirty days to take over my reservations so I made a whole new reservation, added my flight, birthday celebration and building request. I'm just surprised she didn't leave someone's name to contact while she was gone. It's done and I got my 30% off room discount so all is good. I just have to cancel the other reservation when she gets back.

Thank you! Me too! I hate being put in a situation like that! I'm thinking I don't want to be mean and have her lose a booking but on the otherhand I need to save every penny I can! lol
