Online check in question

We booked a trip this past week for January. I was just poking around the app and saw the online check in feature. I clicked it, just wanting to see what my options would be for my 2 requests. Now, when I log into the app, the online check in feature isn’t even there. I will need to access it again in a few weeks when we book our flights (I put in a random time when I was messing around with it).
Will the online check in part pop back up eventually if I need to edit?

Oh thanks, I didn’t realize you could do that :)

I’m bummed first floor isn’t a choice anymore! That was always our #1- so much easier with kids and strollers not having to worry about elevators/stairs.

Not sure where you're staying? But I do believe there are floor options at most resorts.
If its not an option and that really is very important to you then you may not want to put in requests via the online check in.
Instead you could call and ask for certain requests to be noted on your reservation so that then they are assigning your room they can see those requests and will try to accommodate.
You could request ground flood that way if not an option online.

Thanks! We are booked for Movies. These are the choices. I probably will end up calling. I feel like first floor is so much easier. :)

I was wondering about that!
I'll be staying at Pop and would like to request a 1st Floor. I'm getting either "Landscape" or "High Floor options. 🤔

Actually I assume landscape means you'll be seeing trees....
Just like lake view means you are facing the lake.
They could put you on any floor.
If you want the first floor then call and note that.

When I stayed at POFQ in December I did online check-in, and when I got the room number texted to me I realized it was a ground floor room, which my fiance hates. So when I got to the resort, I went to the check-in desk, asked the cast member if they had any higher floor rooms available, and she got right on the phone - about five minutes later, voila, a top-floor room! In my experience, if they can make it happen, they will.
