Call them you can book over the phone. Im not sure how it works on line but your probably better off via phone. I do know that if you book over the phone you can not view your reservation on line. it may work like that the other way around which could be a bad thing. Also if you see any specials on line just mention them over the phone they will grant them. You should check out mousesavers.com . That lady knows her specials and I believe I saw some for 2004. She also explains the difference between booking with central reservations and wdw travel comapny. There is a difference in when your payment is due and the cancelation policy. If my memeory serves me right you should book through (CR) they have a batter cancelation policy and I believe the payment is due upon arrival.
