Any reference/inspiration from Animal Kingdom and DisneySea is a solid basis for a park, and while I'm not sure Disney would go the live animal route again, interested to see how this park could expound upon these directions.

A solid overarching theme of space and sci fi that I'd be really intrigued to see expanded upon/fleshed out further.

Out of the box idea going the water/theme park route and incorporating something essential to Disney films (music) into a wide-ranging themed park I could see Disney easily considering to bring in many of its properties.

Fun name tie-in to WDW's River Country, but an even better premise bringing unique locales and themes to DL for a park I could see capturing a number of unique features, attractions and theming opportunities.
