Good Evening People. Now I suppose coming from Scotland, sorry UK.We are lucky to have usually 14 nights to try various restaurant delights at Epcot. But if you just have one weeks vacation, and one night at an Epcot restaurant.Which country & restaurant would you choose and why.? As much as I like the Rosé & Crown,I don't want to eat food that I can get back home,so I'd pick somewhere different. But I reckon, depending on where you live, that my American buddies are spoilt for choice.I know we were when we spent three weeks in Los Angeles.. Like Mexican cuisine,Cuban,Japanese,Indian,Cantonese, etc, etc. So over to you people..Which country & restaurant at Epcot would you choose for that one night..;)

If you want delicious Filet Mignon and Mushroom Risotto Le Cellier in Canada. We also enjoy Chefs de France (of course in France :)) for dinner love there french onion soup, and Steak with peppercorn sauce really good, as well as there Shimp and Scallop meal. La Hacienda de San Angel outside next to Pyramid in Mexico was good had the pork in mole sauce. Although I think menu may have changed. Enjoy!!

My current home state isn't really very big on seafood. We're pretty far from an ocean, and quite known for ranching, so the only truly fresh fish you ever see was likely straight off the business end of a fly rod. As a result, the sushi here, for the most part is either not very good or really expensive, and often a combination thereof.

Given one night and one meal in one country, I would choose Japan, Tokyo Dining and gorge myself on as much fish as I could handle.

(However, if I could cheat and leave the park, I would hit up a combination of Kimonos and Flying Fish)

I would have to say Les Chefs- still haven't tried it, but it's stuff I can't get at home and France has good booze kiosks and a heavenly bakery. At night time it really feels like you're not in central FL anymore. QS Tangerine cafe :) But that's what's great about Epcot- you can just nibble around the world even if you don't have a long trip for several sit down meals. I'd prefer to have my sit down meals at the resorts anyhow :)

All depends on what I'm craving. If I'm craving pizza, you bet your bottom dollar I'm heading straight to Via Napoli! If I want seafood, it's Yorkshire County Fish Shop. If I want something different, then it's Tangierine Cafe. Yeah, it's probably one of those three.
