One Extra Night- Advice Needed

I’m taking a 4 day trip in March to WDW and staying with relatives who have a vacation club membership so lodging is free. I’m really trying to keep this trip as reasonable financially as possible. The majority of our group is taking a 7am flight and then checking in at the hotel and planning to go to the park that day. I have decided that I’m going to go into Orlando a day earlier to avoid all the airport chaos on the first full day of my vacation. (I’ve done the early flight/same day park thing before and I’m usually a miserable zombie by 5pm). However since I’m trying to keep this reasonably priced adding a night on Disney property is out of the question as the cheapest hotel I can find is $200+. My question is does anyone have any hotel recommendations that might have free transportation from the airport to the hotel, hotel to the Disney parks or ideally both, that is reasonably priced? There are a lot of cheap hotels and AIRBNB is an option, but if I’m spending $60 on Ubers that might kind of defeat the purpose.

Anyone ever done something like this? Any advice?

Its six of one, half a dozen of the other.
AKA more expensive stay and free transportation or cheap stay and expensive transportation.

I'd probably just stay in a value resort or maybe the hotel at MCO.
