One Day at Disney - What Park would you recommend

Hello all,

I have a 10 year old boy and a 13 year old girl. My son doesn't like Roller Coasters. My daughter does. We have been to Magic Kingdom and Epcot two years ago.

Thanks,

I'm with Captian Hook, I would go either Epcot or Magic!
Unless your son or daughter are huge Star Wars lovers, then going to DHS won't do much for you at the moment.

The MK will give you a whole day's worth of variety and fun for each child, so that is where I would go. After the fireworks, when everyone is heading to the exit, hang back and get an ice cream or hotdog then find a place to sit and talk and watch the castle- a nice time at the end of a day. Usually, the Kiss Goodnight is about 30-45 min after closing.

1 day only? I couldn't pass up the Magic Kingdom!:D No one mentioned Animal Kingdom. Perhaps with it being open until 11 pm, and with all of the new nighttime activities, it might be worth a chance.:D

That's a good point - I'm used to arriving for park opening and we're usually leaving for another park by 3pm. That said we've been to AK many, many times but have only witnessed the park closing by 7pm
Perhaps the way forward is to get a Hopper ticket - the options are limitless
