Welcome to WDWMagic!!!
I enjoyed the Mr Pototo Head area a lot too. Actually that's the only place that we got to see. We were in a rush to get back to the resort to catch our bus out of town (it was our last day). So we were on the floor counting pieces trying to stuff as many things into a box as we could. It was so funny, there was a rush and pieces all over the floor. We had a blast!!!

'Once Upon a Toy' is awesome!!
I was there the second day after it opened... Very cool!
Big selection of mini ride vehicles, and the potato head thing looked awesome. Also some character play-doh sets (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, etc...) as well as a big selection of the monorail/train sets and their accessories. (Maybe I'd missed it everywhere else, but their display made me notice the Polynesian accessory and the Grand Floridian accessory.)
Barbies, dolls--computer and board games. If I had had any money (it was our last day there) I couldve found gifts for everyone I know.
Look for the giant 'LIFE' spinner on the ceiling in the back room.
