I called Disney and they said I’m good but is there any way the original sender could “take away” the ticket from me if they wanted to?

Once someone “reassigned” a ticket to me, there’s no way they can undo that or is there?

If person A assigns to person B, only person B could further reassign it (to person C or back to person A).
If person A assigns to person B, only person B could further reassign it (to person C or back to person A).
