I can only speak for what I did during my on boarding appointment:
Filled out paperwork
Picture was taken for my Disney ID
Filled out paperwork
10 finger prints taken for security
Filled out paperwork
Received the paperwork needed for the drug test, which I took immediately after the on boarding appointment.
