I just used WDW on-line dining reservation system and it is fairly easy to use. Once I put in my resort reservation number it allowed me to reserve TS dining for the lenght of our stay (3 days). I also used the range of days option for the first meal that I was trying to get as it would look for dining all on 3 evenings at the requested time frame so I didn't have to do it for each day. Then as I filled the days, I just looked for the particular date in question. It would also give me a range of times there was availability on the particular date in and around the requested time frame. This is not something that you usually get on the phone. It also made suggestions of other resturants for the available time/date slots if your initial request was not available. Although I was not able to get into O'Hana for dinner during this trip, I was able to get us into other "must do" dining and into our second choice in lieu of O'Hana.
I will definately use this system in the future. It allows me to think and weigh out the "second" choices without tying up a cast member on the phone. You can find it by going to WDW site, click on "Discover" and go over to "dining" then search the side of the park or resort where the resturant is and click. It will bring up all dining available at that site and your table service resturants will have a "check availability" icon.
