On a Budget Trip Planning

Okay, so I'm planning a very special anniversary trip for my fiance and I and our budget has had to be reduced slightly. SO that being said, and don't get mad at me, it's just an option BUT if you had to choose between EPCOT or Animal Kingdom in December, what would you choose, we're thinking about not going to Animal Kingdom to save a little money. Thoughts?

If anything, I would cut out DHS and not AK. But I do understand that AK will be closed earlier than the other parks.
