OKW Noise?

Long story short we had to change our stay from Treehouse at SSR to 2 bedroom at OKW. (#$%^ in-laws!) Anyway, in looking at the resort map there are several areas that are only divided by a small set of trees along Buena Vista Drive and Bonnet Creek Parkway also . While I did request a fairway view (Plus high floor) when I did check in yesterday, knowing those are not always guaranteed if we get placed in one of those outer areas is it going to be noisy?

Never really had a problem with noise at OKW and we have stayed in pretty much every area of the resort. Obviously during the day you can hear the busses running from just about everywhere. Other than that, the only noise issues we have had were with noisy kids upstairs or next door and the way the rooms are set up, it is far better than any other resort.

For the first part of the trip the kids need to rest during middle part of the day as well as at night so I'm hoping that most people will be at the parks and not in their rooms.

Our family goes back to the room almost every day at OKW and usually nap (or post trip reports...) and it's always more than quiet enough!

We've stayed in a few different sections, and one had a balcony that was facing a main road. Of course, it was like a forest in between so we never heard noise when the doors were shut. Really didn't hear it much when we were sitting on the balcony. Trees blocked it very well.
