OKW near hospitality house

Hello everyone! We are planning next years trip and I have a couple of questions about Old Key West. What buildings are "near hospitality house"? I noticed that they book up first. Are they just 11, 12, 13, and 14? We will have a car, so is it worth it? Is there parking at the Hospitality House to use the pool and dining or is it just for check in like at SSR? What are your favorite areas to stay in that you can request during online check in? Thanks for all your help and Have a Magical Day!

In addition to bldgs. 11-14, bldgs. 23-26 are also included in that classification.
Although bldgs. 62-63 are also very close, they are not included and supposedly used for special situations & requests.
I've twice stayed in bldg #14 which I loved.
I'm looking forward to 5 more nights "near Hospitality House" in less than 4 months, but this time I've requested bldgs. 23-26 just to mix things up.

I believe that the parking is for checking in only. There is an internal bus that can take you from the farther reaches to the main area, or you can walk. We've stayed across the street and on Peninsular Road. Both are within easy walking distance of the main area.

There is a special booking category for "near hospitality house", so it isn't something that you can request when you get there.
