It's now an menu item. It's called the Grey Stuff ($3.99) at dinner and The Master's Cupcake ($3.19) at lunch. Not sure the difference between the two desserts. It is a cookies and creme mousse. I have heard is called something else a little more French and refined, but cookies and cram mousse gets the point across. It has also been rumored that the squirt of grey stuff (pictured below) is being replaced with a grey stuff cupcake that will actually be on the menu.

It is also not gluten-free, as we found out in November. (So one person in our party couldn't have it)

Well, I certainly had to Google that term. It's not mousse- it's panna cotta.

It is now confirmed to be a "cupcake". It actually comes out over a rectangle of chocolate cake and is certainly an improvement. It is a cookies and creme mousse.
