:D So for the past month we've been talking about searching for new management. So far so good. Eisner will be gone and hopefully new suits will arrive to save the day. But why is it we're only hearing about ONE new person? Why can't the situation be like 20 years ago? There was the creative manager (Frank Wells) and there was the one incharge of profits and budgets (Michael Eisner).

So I'm asking myself, why is it that we can't repeat a winning formula? Why only search for only one peron now and not two? I don't know much about buisness so if someone could explain this to me I'd be more than grateful!

Actually, many who follow Disney actually HAVE recommended that approach. The balanced-team approach actually worked even from the beginning, when Walt was the creative leader and namesake, while his brother Roy provided the financial leadership.

The team approach is a good one for the Walt Disney Company, and should be considered with heavy weight.
