It is my understanding that the sweet and sour shrimp have their legs and shell, so I'm assuming they aren't deviened? This doesn't bother me at all, but freaks out my DH! Can anyone tell me more?

hmmm... at last check there were no legs and no shell on the shrimp - the veins were there - but to be honest... that just gives them more flavor

I have read about people not liking the mess involved with peeling them. Just wondering~

The shrimp do need to be peeled..I went there in april..They were so so good..My Dh got seconds and ate all of them...

Definitely served in sweet and sour sauce, complete with shells, legs, and yes, veins. I'm with your DH. I thought it was creepy.
