Ohana Question?

My sister and I ate at Ohana's when we went down In August. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but the food didn't sit right with here. ex. the meat was still red inside and the dressing on the salad..

So my question is I really want to go and eat there again but she wanted to know if there is a way to get the salad with out the tangy dressing. You know like a nomal salad .. Also can you request for meat that is cooked like well down or is it you just get it the way that it comes off..

Sorry if the questions sound a little dumb but I'm just wondering..

I have eaten there too, but never had a problem with the meat being "rare" or "medium rare". I guess you were just the lucky one. I don´t think they would have any problems making sure yours is "well done".

I can´t help you with the "tangy" dressing..... I love it! It´s the kind of flavor that kind of food has. Sort of sweet, sort of spicy, sort of :slurp: hehehe... :animwink:
