Good Morning Folks.Ah well it's typical bank holiday weather here today, rain, rain, and more rain. But as next Sunday is your " Mothers Day ". Where in the world would you mothers like to go to celebrate.? Now I see that Disney's Swan Resort has a special Sunday brunch at $35.99. The menu looks great ( check out today's food blog ) and also Mummy gets a complimentary mimosa. But where would you choose to celebrate this day..? ;)

I would choose Brown Derby for myself:D My mother would love The Yachtsman. My Nana would love Raglan Road!
Wow! Thats awesome..Your a Mother, you've got a mother, and a granny..Me,well my mother past away over 30 years ago.So it's my DW I'd take with my DS.Anyway,Ive solved your problem..The three of you start at Brown Derby with starters.Crab spring rolls and the Cobb salad..Then it's off to the Yachtsman for steaks. Then off to Raglan Road for desserts like Dunbrodys Kiss. And a wee bit of Irish dancing to Finnish off a perfect day..;)

It's amazing what can be done on the operating theatre nowadays.Scenario time.." Ok, Who's next.? It's a Mr Ferret from Guernsey. He wants to be a Mom." No problem nurse, get him to sign the papers,a little nip here and tuck there and he will be the fairy godmother of his island." God damn tourists.

Glad to see your Mom and Grandma would have an opinion. Both of mine would say, "Oh it doesn't matter, you decide." My Grandma would accept whatever I decided and enjoy it. My Mom would find something to complain about and I'd probably have to defend the waiter/waitress too. That said, I think I'd take them to either 50's Prime Time or Wilderness Canyon Cafe. It would be fun (for me) to watch their reactions.;)

Hmmm. Ive a friend ( seems Ive got lots of them ) anyway,he owns property in Scotland and in London. He sold his hotel and three pubs and a nightclub several years ago.He is a self made millionaire. When he dines out with his wife,he uses discount vouchers, his holidays abroad are done via the cheapest way,no frills airlines,2 star hotels..When he heard I was staying at the Glasgow Hilton for three nights at Hogmanay he shook his head and said " What a waste of money " .."How much for a pint of beer" So if Thats what money does to you,I'll just be myself. Id rather be happy & poor than rich & sad.Sorry about this ranting, got to get my first cup of coffee..Whit! How much??;)

I would want to do either Raglan Road or Le Cellier Steakhouse. Prob start out at Le Cellier for their cheese soup and finish with Raglan Road. I don't like mimosas, give me either a good Scotch Whiskey or an Amaretto Stone Sour.

I know someone like that also, they always comment on our Disney trips and the expense. I always counter with "I never saw a casket with pockets," but I digress. My DW, who is of course Mum to our DS, and I were discussing Disney dining and she stated she really wants to dine at Yachtsman steakhouse again.
