Offsite hotels w/free breakfast

Maybe SpringHill Suites in the Marriott Villiage (price will be at the high end, unless you happen to find a deal) or maybe the Country Inn & Suites (a little further away in Kissimmee, but not too far) for the free breakfast.
Regarding the Hotwire deal, there are so many non-suite hotels in that area. Perhaps check the listing with recent wins on one of the message boards, but I would guess a suite hotel gets a 3* rating on Hotwire.
A condo or town house in WH, WP or EI may be a way to go. Even a two-bedroom with a fold-out could work, cheap and easy breakfast foods. FWIW.

Can I suggest using Expedia to search for hotels in the area. One of the search filters is "Breakfast Included." You don't have to book through them but you can sure search without booking.

There are 2 Residence Inn by Marriott's right in the area. One is in Lake Buena Vista and the other is 2 miles further North by Sea World. With that large of a group, you would need to book some type of suite, but they do have a couple of different levels of suites to choose from. I have stayed in both and would recommend both.
The breakfast buffet is really good. They always have a nice selection of hot breakfast items(eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes or waffles, potatoes) 5 different types of cereal, milk, juices and a good selection of pastries/danishes. It does get a little crowded during the pre-park rush, but there is plenty of seating outside if you can't sit inside.

Hawthorn Suites
My family and I have stayed at the Hawthorn Suites(Lake Buena Vista) 4 times, soon to be 5 in Dec. The cost varies according to the time of the year. In Aug. (18-22) we paid $68/ night. Other times $80/night for a two room suite. A free breakfast is always part of your stay. Mon.-Thurs. free wine and beer, with
a free picnic dinner on Wed. nights. The hotel is clean, efficient and very friendly staff. Only a 1/2 mile to Downtown Disney property, with plenty of restaurants:sohappy: and fast food places. Great location, easy access to Disney property, it's our Disney home 2-3 times a year.
