Offsite hotel question (Holiday Inn express)

A co-worker is planning her first WDW vacation in about 20 years and I've been trying to help her. She's going to be taking her 5 year old granddaughter, so she wants it to be pretty special. She has points to stay free at the Holiday Inn express, but doesn't want to stay there if it's not fairly decent. I am not familiar with it, so wanted to ask you all about it and see if you could help me out.

:wave: Go to Tripadvisor.com. put in the name of the hotel and the city and click on all the reviews. thats where I look for all my hotels except disney of course. You can learn a lot from them. have a fun trip.

Stayed there for a Single night last November. Had no issue, except that one elevator wasn't working and it took 20 minutes for the other one to come down.

Probably just an isolated thing, and overall the hotel was fine.

(We stayed there a single night before going on-site)

Location is convenient.
