How do they gain official recognition?

Is one hotel more preferred over another?

Do any have more than one bathroom,kitchen ,laundry suite style facilities?

Do the shuttle's run regularly?
Is there an additional pp charge?

If this trip happens-
We won't have a car
Need to be as budget conscious as possible
Without compromising on safety or location...

I don't believe they are "Official" in the sense of being associated with Disney World at any level.

Yes. All the properties have shuttle service to and from the parks, Disney Springs and Water Parks. They run about every 20-30 minutes.
