Off The Wait List, Phone Interview Question

I was put on the wait list (33 days) and got the official e-mail yesterday that said they have a position for me (attractions). However, the e-mail said it was a phone interview. I already done the face to face interview at the Casting Center. Does this mean I have to be interviewed again or are they just going to ask me if I want to take the position available?
