Off-site Accomodation

Hi To Y'all

I am looking for some advice regarding accommodation for an up and coming holiday to DLP, we are looking at visiting Paris next August and although we have been before both to DLP and WDW we will be a much larger party.

First time in Paris in 2001, we took the caravan as there were only 4 of us, we are now arranging a weeks break for 3 families (15 people) and have been looking at a few hotels, villas, gites etc and would really like to be located between Paris and DLP and within walking distance of a railway station for both getting to disney and into paris.

We will be taking the cars for day trips to Fontaine Bleu and the Palace of Versaille but for Paris and DLP we will use the train.

Self catering does appear to be favoured as we could eat when we want rather than the set times of hotels etc.

We would also like to be all together, if we can get a villa/gite large enough or even within self-contained apartments on a complex. We dont particularly wish to stop in the disney resort.

Any help or recommendations where we could stay would be greatfully appreciated.

Many thanks to all

Andy

I would suggest Bussy St George .. I stayed there a few years ago while working on Armageddon and DLPS, now but it has grown and has a few more hotels .. manly budget . The railway station is in walking distance and the main line to and from DLP / PARIS with trains every 1/2 hour .. last train somewhere about midnight .. its a nice town with shops cafés restaurants Launderette .. Its now a straight road to DLP so you want get lost . and the train also stops at the shopping mall ( but thats a little walk .. I think its on the A4 but which ever its on a main road .. It took about 30/40 mins to Paris depending on which train you got ..
