Off property housing for CP's.

Disney has sent me two emails offering housing oppurtunities for CP's off property, one at Parc Vue apartments for those with their own trasportation and another at Sabal Palms across from Vista for those who still need to access transportation at Vista. What do ya'll think about that? Right now it's only for CP's extending their program. In the email it said that they're doing it because of an overlap in arrival and departure dates. So basically they're accepting and extending more CP's than they can house. It doesn't really make that much sense to me. Common sense would be to turn down some people if they don't have the space. But they seem to take anyone.

Yeah - they should only accept a certain amount of people that they have room for. Would it be a price difference if you stayed off property? I just recieved my acceptance letter today, so I don't know too much about the prices, all I know is that is $70-90 per week for housing on the CP.

I've never heard of anyone being rejected from the college program.

That being said, they've used off property housing before.. they've had CP's housed as far away as Metrowest before. I also know of them accepting CP's who've provided their own housing before.

^Yeah, I knew a girl who went to UCF and they let her live in her dorm while she did the CP.

The price being offered is the same that you would pay for a three bedroom at Vista $72, I imagine that Disney is paying the difference, which just shows how much profit they make on CP's if they're willing to do that.
