October Pin Codes

Don't have a pin code but wish I did. Rumor has it the dining pin codes will be made available to the public by the end of July.

These are the dates:
September 26 - October 2
October 18 - October 31
November 11 - November 23
November 30 - December 4
December 15 - 22

I'm checking in on 10/17, will I be eligible or not?, that would really stink. I prefer the room only discount. We are staying at yacht club and could really use the usual 30% we seem to get. Why is this weekend blacked out?, in years past it seems like dining is always excluded from these dates and room discounts are available.

Dec 5th-14th a black out because of Pop Warner at that time.

if you want the free dining, you would need to book 2 separate reservations. one starting during or after the free dining start date to get the free dining.
if it is only one day early that you check in you might want to separate that day out and not go to the parks that day, or go to a water park, because you wil need to include a ticket with the free dining package, and you can't pick it up any early than the start date of the package reservation. it would not be financially advantageous to buy two separate tickets.

yes, but as two separate reservations. they free dining is associated with a package. you can get a room only rate for the first night

The special must be in effect on the day you check in. If it is not but starts the next day you can book a room for one night at full rate and the rest at the discounted rate.

Yes you need to check in again but they have never made me change rooms. Although they won't guarantee that, it's just never happened to me. And I've done it alot

Do u know what happens if your check in date is blacked out but the rest is not?

It goes by your check in date. If it is blacked out you do not get the discount. You could make two reservations. One for the black out dates then one for when the discount starts again and get the discount for those days. The Pop Warner group is actually coming a week later than past years because of when Thanksgiving falls this year. That first week end of the black out in Dec is also when they will be taping the Christmas Parade for TV.

I have seen a lot about "pop warmer" are you saying there are no discounts at this time because of this? We are looking at staying Dec 2-9th 2014 IF THERE ARE DEALS!
