October park hours

Hey all :wave:
Does anyone know when Disney will be posting the park hours for Oct? I want to make our PS for the California Grill, but I want to be sure of the Firework schedule so we can be at CG when the are shown. My wife and I had dinner at the CG for our 20th Anniv. last year, but there were no fireworks that night. Thanks for any help.

I don't have an answer for you...but since I am also planning an October trip..I am keeping a close eye on this thread as well..also would like to make a CG PS during Wishes.

The Sept hours for everything except MGM were out on July 2nd, MGM hours showed up about a week after that. So if that's any indicator, the October hours should be available sometime during the first week of August.

Check www.waltdisneyworld.com and click on the "Calendar" link on the right side of the homepage to get to them.

Thanks DVCgirl49. I have been checking Disneyworld.com at least 3 times a day, hoping to see it updated. I guess I just have to be patient. :hammer: :brick:

I have the same delima. I am trying to book PS seating starting next week and I don't know if all our plans flow with the fireworks schedules or evening parade times. I have checked twice a day for two weeks now and I guess I am going to have to guess or rearrange some if they don't fit.

I was just commenting last night to my husband that it was hard to plan for PS 90 days in advance if you don't know the times of show, parades, fireworks or the parks themselves.

If you do a google.com search for October 2003 Walt Disney World Park Hours you will be able to see last years hours with parade/firework times. The hours may not be the same but it could give you a good baseline for your initial planning.

We are in the same boat! I made my PS at 90 days using last years hours as a guide. Hopefully, Im not too far off!

All hours come out 2 months early. So it's July, so spetember is out. the first week of august is when October will come out. It's on that sort of scedule. Just be patient.

I'm also going to be there in October, do you think that they will offer the late magic hours also?? when we were in WL in May we were able to stay late at select parks on different nights.......it was awesome....

Keep in mind that the MK will probably close early on the following dates:

October 1, 3, 8, 12, 14, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29 & 31

Due to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Which starts at 7pm on those days.

Don't Count on it. In May that was a test to see what the public reaction was on Night time resort-guest only entry. It was a test and we have yet to hear anything else about it. I would say it probally will happen, just not as quickly as october. I hope it does happen, and yes i hope for october, but it probally will not happen. sorry.
