October 15-19 2014 Honeymoon

Hey guys,

I am getting married and going to WDW for my honeymoon for 3 days. We have decided 1 day Magic Kingdom, 1 Epcot and the other is a floater.

#1: The first question I have is regarding unique honeymoon things. We don't want the wedding hats with ears, but I do want to do something special for her on this trip. So I am looking for any ideas or suggestions forum users might have. Money is not a big deal (but I'm not going to spend silly amounts either) for events or dinners or something like that.

#2: The second question is regarding the parks. With Magic Bands and Fastpass+ going to be in full swing, things will be much different than last time I was there (2004). Any helpful tips on rides, lines, crowd numbers and having an all around pleasant experience is welcome. I will be doing more homework on the forums over the next few months. But I am interested in learning all I can about what to expect for an October trip.

Thank you in advance for your help.

#1: Go to the Crystal Arts on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom...you can find various glass and crystal items to personalize. Better still, watch the glassblowing demonstration and have him create a one-of-a-kind ornament to mark the occasion.

#2: Relax...Magicbands and Fastpass+ are great. Yes, you can preschedule but we had no problem changing plans at the last minute either.
