Forgive me if this is in the wrong place, I cannot think of where else to put this on here, so here it goes!

Where can I find the nutrition facts on the differents restaurants throughout WDW?

I am on a diet, along with the three other guests that are coming with me, and we know that we can't avoid all the good food in the parks and resorts, but we want to be able to watch some of our meals. So I am looking to find out this information.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out or point me to the right direction!

Scott, if you have been watching yourself you basically know what you can and cannot eat. It may be hard to find the exact counts on some counter stuff, but asking in a sit down restaurant shouldn't be that hard. If you have a specific place in mind, check the menus for what you may want & email or call the restaurant and ask for the info. You can ask when you are seated, but if its busy if may take some time.

I'm basically low carb (and have been for over 2 years) so I know what I can and cannot eat. I try to stay as true to my goals as I can, but its vacation at WDW... I splurge a little. Good luck!

tigsmom, you truly do know the answers to everything on here! I knew I could count on you for this one. We just started our diet last week but have dieted in the past, so we know that chicken and fish are good and the vegetables, all that stuff.

I still don't know where we're going to eat, but Le Cellier and the Hoop-Dee-Doo are looking good right now, so I might have to ask them.

Thanks again for everything!

Never ate at Le Cellier, but the Hoop Dee Do is a must! Just be good for breakfast and lunch (we skipped lunch) then enjoy yourself. With all the walking you do in WDW a little extra won't matter too much.

Remember, the fresher the food the better and you can always ask them to cook with the least amount of oil/butter and have sauces and dressing served on the side, to use as you see fit.

*and for the record, I do not know all the answers, just ask my kids*

Well thanks again for all that, and as far as it goes, you do know it all!

When I was at WDW in December, I ate 3 meals total in 4 days because I never had the time. So I figured that we'll probably only eat 1-2 times a day and we can splurge at times because of the walking.

Also, I was told the turkey legs aren't that bad for you either, is that true?

I would imagine they are good for you... its just smoked turkey meat, right? I never had one so I don't know if there is any type of sauce or not on them.

Yes, they are really good. They are smoked and don't have a lot of fat in them or so I've been told. They are also from a special turkey that's made to be large and have less tendons in them.

You should really try one!

THe turkey legs probably are fairly low-fat, but they are loaded with salt.

Not sure what exactly you are trying to avoid.

If you're just trying to avoid calories, I can HIGHLY recommend the Minnie frozen strawberry bar--80 calories. Of course, you don't get the creamy chocolate-y goodness of a Mickey bar, but it is cold and sweet and has chunks of actual fruit in it.
