Now about the Dole Whip...

Obviously, it's a fan favorite and very tasty but I'm just curious if people have a preference of eating their Dole Whips? Do you enjoy it soft serve with one flavor, a soft serve swirl of two or in a float with pineapple juice? Is it pineapple and nothing else, or do you really enjoy the orange or vanilla flavor?

For me, I prefer the swirl of vanilla and pineapple in a soft serve. There's just something great from the combination of the two flavors that makes it taste great. I have yet to try the float with pineapple juice but I will one day! But that's just me. How about you?

My partner prefers the pineapple-on-pineapple float, but I think they're a little too intensely pineapple. I like the soft serve by itself.

Float for us! It's a little known fact, but there is actually a Dole "soft serve" stand at our zoo....it's The whip by another name! So in essence, we are a little spoiled and save the float for the MK.

I agree that pineapple-vanilla swirl is the way to go, which I prefer in a float. I always miss the swirl option when I'm at Disneyland.

Got to chime in on this one... My favorite is the Orange and Pinneapple Swirl Float in Pinneapple juice. MMMM!!! Especially on a hot day. Can't wait to have about 4 in a couple weeks!!!

I get them both ways during our stay, one time as a float and another time soft serve. Nothing says you can't have it again on a return MK trip. Today my wife gave me a bowl of pineapple pieces after lunch and boy... my mind quickly went to images of me downing a dole whip in 38 days.

I like the float IF I have the means to spike it. Otherwise, I prefer plain pineapple soft serve. I've had the swirl, and while it's tasty- I prefer just pineapple.

I've had the Dole Whip while visiting the Dole Pineapple Plantation on Oahu (literally made with pineapples made right from the fields) and the ones made at MK taste just as good.

No!.. I'am sure before she went into her singing career,even before singing along with a unknown piano player called Barry Manilow,she worked in a pineapple plant on Hawaii..Now I'am off to google this.

Here we go..Born in Honolulu in 1945..As a young girl,one of her first jobs was working in a Dole pineapple plant in Hawaii...I remember buying her first album " The Divine Miss M. " in 1972...( now I'm showing my age )
