DRC was BUSY BUSY BUSY at 6am (Central) when I called this morning, the 2 reps I talked to said everyone was calling for Nov/Dec dining b/c they were just posted.

They closed at 10pm last year - it will probably change nearer the time.

Duh...brainfreeze. I'm going in December and can't make ADRs for a few weeks. I was thinking people were making them for the whole month. Thanks for clearing that up!

I think that I would take the "posted" hours with a grain of salt.

They're showing modest hours as indicated above, not to mention that they're only showing one daytime parade at MK (last year had 2 showings during the same date range).
And, if I remember correctly, I was updating park hours even within a month of our trip (last Dec.).

Regardless, it's a good baseline to go by, I guess.

Thank godness!!! I can make my ADR's now with certainty on Monday now!

I made an ADR for December 1st today, and was actually able to book the Backstage Animal Kingdom Tour on December 8th. Last year during that week they kept the Osbourne lights on for an hour after park closing, so even if it does close at 8, you can spend that last hour walking aroudn the Osbourne lights and it won't be too crowded.

Regardless, it's a good baseline to go by, I guess.

Its somewhere to start - we all know that Disney will fiddle with the hours as reservations pick up nearer to December

Far easier to increase hours (as bookings increase) and please people rather than have to cut hours and disappoint guests when they don't
