How are the crowd levels the weeks between Halloween and Thanksgiving?

Also, I think I know the answer but, are all the christmas decorations up and running during this time at all the parks?

We usually go around Nov. 10 and that seems to be when the Osbourne lights are lit and the parks are decorated by then. It's always been very nice at that time. That is also around the time MVMCP starts. Love November.
