Nov vs Dec

I've been to WDW the past 2 years right after Thanksgiving so we have done Disney at Christmas and we loved the crowd level as well, not too long of a wait. Never done Disney in Nov so we were considering it, like the first or second week, so to avoid Thanksgiving crowds but get slightly warmer weather. Anyone done Disney in Dec and Nov and tell us which they liked better and why?

Heading for the great escape.
We visited over late Oct first week in Nov, caught the Food n Wine and MNSSHP, weather was kind but a bit iffy for the water parks, OK in the water almost Baltic atop Summit Plummit.

Last year we were there for thanksgiving and the 1st week of Dec, I know it was "unseasonably cold" so its not really a fair comparison. The cold added to the right feel of MVMCP but did make it slightly unusual clothing wise since we are normally August visitors.

hand on heart I preferred Halloween / Nov. That said we are back at Thanksgiving this year, but thats a family/ anniversary thang.
