We usually go 2nd week of Dec when crowds are low. This year, we thought bout first week of Nov. How would crowds levels this time compare to second week of Dec? Thanks

Haven't been in December myself, but went Nov. 1-7 last fall. Overall crowds were present, but fairly light. Mid day wait times for E-tickets like BTMRR and Soarin were anywhere from 30-60 min, but tapered down considerably by dinner and evening times. At night the crowds were very minimal, so you could get on rides like HM several times in a row without waiting.

There are probably lighter crowds in December, but the Food and Wine and weather in November make the additional crowds worth bearing.

We'll be there Nov. 7th- 14th, how is the weather that time of the year? I know it won't be uncomfortably hot, but will it warm enough to hang out by the pool? Will it get cool at night?

We have gone the first week of November for the last 7 years and the crowds have always been good. You wont exactly walk on to anything, but as Master Gracey said, 30 - 60 mins. The weather can be rather chilly at night, but we usually go to one of the water parks at least once during our vacations, and it is certainly warm enough to hang at the pools.(They are heated by the way!)

You picked a good time to visit

November and December are always my prime times to visit. IMO you get the best mix of cooler weather, some of the holiday festivities, all with toned down crowds. November in Orlando you will usually see low 80's high 70's in the day and down to high to mid 60's at night, maybe even a bit cooler if there is a front in. We usually take a 3-4 day trip once or twice during those months and we never have a problem seeing all the things that we want to do. At beginning of November you may still be seeing the Mickey Halloween decorations and towards the end of the month you start seeing the Christmas ones. My favorite parts of the holidays are seeing them in Disney hehe.. Enjoy your trip
