(Not so) Lucky the Dinosaur?

I'm sorry if this has been addressed, but screamscape is saying that Lucky the Dinosaur's last day is July 31...


Any reason why?

I really hope it's just a temporary thing...( or not true at all; even better)

That has been the plan all along. Lucky was only scheduled to be in WDW for a few months, that is why he is only on the banners at AK and everywhere else has banners showing Everest. Lucky will be going oversees for a while. Remember Lucky is not and was not intended as a permanent attraction. Lucky represents a prototype for future WDI attractions and technology.

Lucky will be going over to another park. I think it's Hong Kong, but I can't quite remember.

I too am disappointed. I was scheduled to visit WDW in May but the trip got cancelled. Now I won't be able to see Lucky in September. I wonder why they didn't decide to show Lucky during the entire 50th celebration like Cinderellabration? Strange.

Man, this stinks! I was hoping to see Lucky! Didn't get to see him when I was there in March, and now I won't get to see him in August/September either.

Maybe now they'll have to build them for every Disney park. And maybe this time can be different and WDW gets the best one. :lookaroun
