I have a Disney World Resort vacation balance due on 10/7.
As I compose these words it is 10/4 in the evening.
So here is my curiosity question....
Doesn't Disney send people a friendly reminder to the e-mail their customers provided?
I kind of expected something like: "We're glad you are coming. We look forward to receiving you as our guests on Nov. 6th. Be sure to pay the balance due by Oct. 7th"
Something along those lines.
All is quiet on my e-mail.
It's not important re if I get an e-mail or not. I'll pay the balance on Sat. (10/6)
I'm just wondering what others have or have not experienced as their "balance due date" was imminent.
