Not a breakfast person...

So sadly, I am not a breakfast person. At home, I'm never even awake at breakfast time. I never eat when I first wake up. BUT, in Disney, I get up earlier to be able to do more things. My issue has been finding something I want to eat before the lunch places open. I don't like eggs, and am really not a "sweets" person. I have literally bought a cinnimon roll and had 4 bites before giving it to someone else.

Anyone else have this problem? Can someone give me some options they have had/seen? Pictures would be amazing btw. :D

I am not a big breakfast person either, and I detest eggs. We usually just grab a bowl of cereal in the room or a granola bar and some fresh fruit. We usually eat an early lunch when we are WDW so it works out fine.

The food courts at the resorts will have a decent section of fruit and non-sweet bakery items like bagels. If I am not mistaken, they also have regular sandwiches and salads in the refrigerated section as well. If you are driving the HESS stations can be a decent place to get non-breakfast items early in the morning but the quality will leave a good bit to be desired.

I like the yogurt, fruit, granola cups they have at most of the resort QS places. It counts as a snack, isn't too sweet or heavy and is a nice energy packed start to your long walking day.

I also like the hummus they have at these QS places as well. Get that with the celery/carrot snack for a savory breakfast.

I love love love breakfast myself, but not the traditional.

I usually go for fruit, toast, bagels, etc. Slim picking sometimes, but I can usually find things to eat.

I'm not a breakfast person either... especially at WDW. I hate spending money on overpriced breakfast items; such as mini cereal bowls or granola bars they sell there. Also, if I eat a big breakfast I spend a majority of the morning sluggish and what not. You're not weird, or maybe I am as well!

I am the same way, and I didnt really eat much of a breakfast while there. And we were usually up around 7am. So, my advice is to either find something like a granola bar, a nutragrain bar or as someone suggested the pretzels. Most days I just waited and had lunch earlier than usual. Good luck!

Haha, yeah, I can't make myself spend $6 on a small thing of cereal and a small thing of milk. I usually even bring my own energy drinks in my suitcase.

If my family goes to a breakfast ADR, I keep sleeping. I don't want to waste money to eat 6 bites and then want a hot dog.

Would you eat smoked salmon? I know a few of the TS spots will offer what is essentially lox and bagel w/ various cream cheeses and traditional toppings like tomato and onion (maybe also capers).

I don't know what it tastes like... lol

And sadly I wouldn't even know where to start describing it. :D It definitely tastes nothing like cooked salmon. What's funny, there are some sushi rolls that incorporate smoked salmon and cream cheese. I think it's usually referred to as a Philadelphia Roll...it's the only thing I can think of that might contain some of the flavors.
