Ive been to the Restaurant in Norway many times....i went yesterday and it was changed a little.....these little changes made the food and the experience 100 times better then years before.........the hot food is not on the buffet table but you order it, as much as you want....so good...and the cold food it better then ever......i suggest everyone trying it.....its so much better

My problem is that I often dine there alone while traveling for work. I liked ALL of their hot dishes and always took a little of each.

How is this going to work for single diners??? Will I need to order full orders of 5 different entrees just to try some of each??? :veryconfu

My main fear, as you could imagine, is that it might get a little embarrassing with me sitting there alone in the corner in front of 8 different plates of food!! :lol:

Any idea how this was supposed to improve the dining experience? Seems like a lot more work for the servers, and I can't imagine it being as quick as a trip to the buffet....

There is only like 4 main dishes.....they arent big at all...the rest are real small side dishes......so you would be safe trying most of the dishes.......i think it was a change that they needed to attract more guests......real good though....you wont have 8 plates in front because the sides and dishes are small dont worry
