I'm looking at moving back to the area again, but this time not as a cp. Can anyone give me any suggestions to some places that are within 5 miles of WDW and not too expensive? something like a 1 or 2 bedroom.

Also, what are the names of the apt complexs near property control, behind mk? I hear alot of people saying they can see the disney fireworks from their yards/neighborhoods. what are some of those?

thanks!

The one behind magic kingdom is called buena vista place. You may want to search for apts in davenport, lake buena vista, haines city, kissimmee, clermont (south), windermere, champions gate and Longwood. If you want to work for disney you may want to wait till the economy picks up, disney is still mostly in hiring freeze, esp if you want full time, i have been looking for a job around here since may and had no luck at all. there is currently on 1 job for every six people seeking here at the mo.

Disney seems to be doing quite a lot of hiring. I was just recently hired by them and due to the number of people being hired I had to wait 2 weeks for my traditions class. I'm sure a lot is food and wine hiring however from talking to others in my class there are quite a wide variety of jobs that they have been hiring into.

Thats weird, because I was just told by a cast member friend of mine that Disney is and has been on a hiring freeze.

No idea why they would tell you that.

Copied this right out of WDW Jobs.

Only thing I can think of is they have hired so many people in the past few weeks that they have decided to stop for the time being.
