Non Alcoholic Drinks & Shakes

I'm looking at the menus (Sci Fi for example) and I see a Pirate's Punch and milkshakes. Are those included with the Dining Plan? What about refills? Free or pay for each refill?

The speciality drinks aren't included in the dining plan, although sometimes a CM might say yes and just charge it as a regular soda. We have had that happen once, but you can't count on it. Just your regular sodas or ice tea are included and there are free refills on those.
