So I just went to web page for fall discounts to book a hotel in November

http://bookwdw.reservations.disney....CMP=BAC-CRT|6745748|1009039|83335976|49969370

I tried to book Pop Century for Nov 12th, Nothing available
Tried to book other resorts for Nov 12th, Nothing available
Tried other combinations of resorts and dates in Oct. Nov. , and Dec., Nothing available

Do they shut down the reservation system from time to time, or do they indeed have no more special offers for the fall. If so they should stop advertising it everywhere.

in my experience, when the discounts come out you had better jump on them quickly. there are a very limited number available, and disney continues to advertize them long after they're gone.

The free dining offer might still work, and if you were going to purchase the dining plan anyway, it might be cheaper that way than the discounted room deal.

My team was finding this issue on the site yesterday, when they called in, there were plenty of rooms available.

I think it was a disconnect between the web system and the CM's systems.

The same thing happens with MNSSHP and MVMCP....many times there IS availabilty even when the site says otherwise.

First, I'd try calling. And if you're willing to pu off finalizing your room plans until you are practically there, keep trying online and calling. I once kept trying for CSR and it was always booked. The day we arrived, I called and there was a room. :)

If Disney has no room availability and you have your heart set on a certain resort, try online sites. I once booked the Poly in July, one day before traveling, when Disney had their share of rooms Sold Out...I found it on Expedia.

And you can always go offsite. You get more room for your money there, anyway.

Good luck.

Its hard to get thoes times no matter if you are doing it at any resort...we book for the 14-22 of OCtober 11 months out with our DVC and then wanted to add days in a couple months later and had to go to the wait list...What I have learned is book early and if your questioning to stay longer or not book them then just book the whole amount then cancel certain if you change your mind...sooo much easier. Luckily everythign worked for us so hope it works out for you :) GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

Get off the website and call. One thing I found is that when reserving over the internet, if even one night you prefer/request is not available, the system shows "No Availability" however when you call, the agent can tell you if specific date/night is the thing holding you back and if it is either at the beginning or the end, I have made the ressie and added the extra/missing nights later by calling at 7am daily. Only once in 25 years have I not gotten where we wanted by doing this.
