First of all I'd like to wish everyone a very happy new year.
Here's my issue though,I got termed 8 months ago from my college program for "underage drinking." I'm quoting because I was in bed sleeping when security caught my other housemates. They termed everyone in the apartment. I loved my job in entertainment and I'm moving to Orlando next year for school and would love to work for the company again. I called casting this morning and they told me I had a no-rehire status for violating company policy and that there was no way the company would ever be able to hire me back. Is this true? Working as a performer for the company was a dream come true and I was looking forward to applying come spring. What procedures can I take to fight for this? I had a nearly perfect record card during my employment with a ton of recognition letters to back it up. Unfortunately because of my role, I never really got to know my managers, so it's hard for me to contact them in order to discuss the issue. Any information at this point would be grateful, I'm desperate. I've been reading around all day and I've read all kinds of answers.
