Why would anyone think that Disney would have forced another company to stop giving out samples? It wouldn’t be Disney’s decision. It’s not their company, not their store, not their employees, and not their chocolate. Not to mention from the initial report it was clear that this was all Ghirardelli locations.

And again, free samples are great. However if they are giving out more free chocolate than they are selling... well?

You shouldn’t expect or feel entitled to anything free. It’s the principle of it.
