No! I've got school!

There is 9 inches of snow and can't leave from the front door because the snow is to high and I have to go to school!

2 feet of snow here. :wave: The roads are cleared & school is starting on time! (and my kids aren't happy, but I am! :lol: )

I've got a small car. When I went to go clean the car it had no tires visiable. On the ground about 14 inches on the car about 9. Lot of wind that help move some of the snow. Fell down four times trying to walk the 10 feet from my house to the car. Main problem is that school is normally 20 minute drive. Other big problem is that the school enterance is higher up so ther is a major hill that you have to climb.

here's one for ya...
we got one and a half to two feet of snow between friday and saturday.
it didnt snow ALL DAY on sunday.
and THIS stupid place didnt plow ANYTHING.
The VERY LARGE hill was plowed on the up side but the down side looked like it hadnt been touched at all.

Not to mention the parking lot...
wait, what parking lot? they managed to plow the faculty lot (which is where i am parked) but NO student parking has been cleared.

Ahhh! I remember those days! One year, we had I think it was 4 feet of snow, with up to 6 foot snow drifts, but hey, it stopped snowing, so we got to go. :lol: I think there were at least 5 times where they had to let school out early cuz of poor judgement.

The plow guy came and made it worse to move the car from my house. When he plowed the snow normally they plow straight because cars park on both sides, but this time people only park on one side so it was possible for him to tilt the plow to one side. This guy did that but angled it to the side with cars parked so there is now a four mountain of snow that you have to move to get the car out.

Lucky you! I never got a snow day! We did have a few hurricane days, though. But hey.. I'll be having a Disney day until next August after this week.

it turns out most of the school districts in the state have delays
i think that we should follow the lead of the town my school is in... if the district is closed our classes should be cancled.
