No Evening EMH at MK for 3 weeks?

Does anyone know why there are no EVENING extra magic hours at the Magic Kingdom between October 22 and November 10? This information is showing (or maybe I should say NOT showing) at both WDWMAGIC and the Disney World website. EMH for MK is usually on a Sunday unless they are having a party then it is usually on Monday. But not having them at all for almost 3 weeks seems strange and also a bit unfair to those of us going during that time frame.

Maybe necessary for prepping Fantasyland for its opening? I doubt it, but thats the only thing I can think of..

for the october dates i think it might be for mickeys Halloween party. for November, Christmas stuff.
